Help net! Can anyone send me the OBJECT CODE of Paul Mercer's Show Init
with cicn (color icon) extensions?

I know the source to this was posted on the net several months ago, but
it was for MPW, and my copy of MDS is sufficiently outdated that not only
can I not support all the 'RECORD 0,DECREMENT' stuff--easy to convert--but
I don't have the appropriate libraries for Color Quickdraw.

If anyone can help me out here, I'd be eternally grateful!  Formats I can
think of that I could handle would be:
	* MacNosy debug of the code
	* Raw hexdump of the source
	* Binhex'd version of a resource containing the code
Ideally:* LSP 2.0 Library in which ShowInit(iconID,moveX:integer) is
	declared as an external procedure.

Or anything else you can think of...
