One of the first machines in Canada, and the first at the University of Toronto,
is now in the UTCS Information Centre.  Dariusz Dabek (dabek@gpu.utcs), one of
the UTCS Consultants has been down to Santa Clara to receive training from
NeXT.  (NeXT will not sell machines to a university unless there is someone who
can provide software and hardware support.)

For those interested, Dariusz will be giving a demonstration Wednesday,
February 15, 2pm-4pm, and another one Wednesday, February 22, 2pm-4pm.  The
demonstrations will be held in room 206, on the second floor of the Bancroft
Building  (located just east of Graduate Student Union building at 4 Bancroft.) 
To reserve a spot at the demonstration, please phone at 978-4565.
Seating is limited.

Those interested in trying out the NeXT machine can reserve some time on it by
phoning Mary Wilson, at 978-5601.  If you are not familiar with the user
interface, we recommend that you go to the demonstration first.
