I think that if you place a Text Rect in your anchored frame, you will be able to import text into it. Then make it Courier 10 point and it will look just right. Generally Text Rects containing ordinary text are more flexible for use inside anchored frames than graphics objects such as rectangles and text strings, since the text inside Text Rects is formatted as paragraphs with attributes.
