All responses pointed to a company named Image Network.  (Due to the distances
involved, it isn't feasible that I contact them; however, others may be
interested).  Tony Olekshy's response is representative of the answers I got:

        Some of our clients use Xroff from Image Network to print on LN03s
        connected to some old 68000 machines and to VMS.  It is the only
        port I know for VMS.  I have no connection with Image Network except
        that they keep some clients happy, but you might call
