The last UNIX site report in the TUGboat (December 1988) contained a
note about a file BIGTEX.PATCH to create large versions of TeX.  I
FTPed the UNIX distribution from labrea.stanford.edu and it didn't
seem to be there.  I've also checked score.stanford.edu and
cs.washington.edu but I didn't see it there either.

Am I blind?  Does this file exist?  Can someone please point me in the
right direction.
