Suppose I telnet to some machine then for some reason or other I escape
to the telnet prompt; i.e. I type

		

and I see the prompt

		telnet>

How do I go back to the machine I was logging on before?  I can't find any
command that allows me to do this.  I 've always had to close the connection
and open up another session.  Any such command?
