I am having a strange problen using the COMM functions in windows.  I have 
been able to set XON?XOFF for transmit pace.  I have also been able to set
and event charatcer to XON and get the comm event.  BUT, when I usie both
together it appears that the event no longer occur because the handsjDake
is eating the XON.

I have set and read the event masks, the DCB is properly set and the data
is reaaly being sent.

Can anyone help ?
