Subject: PC image formats to PBM program wanted

I am looking at images gotten from a scanner.  I can save images
in 5 formats;

	MS Windows (.msp)
	GEM (.img)
	Dr. Halo (.cut)
	PC Paintbrush (.pcx)
	TIFF (Pagemaker) (.tif)

Does anybody have a program to read these formats and convert them
to the PBM (Portable BitMap format) or something similar?  Tnx
