An interesting problem cropped up when I ran a toolkit application
with the Athena widgets under the DEC window manager (dxwm):  I 
cannot direct keyboard focus at any of the text widgets.  For
that matter,  I cannot direct keyboard focus at any of the
toolkit top-level shells.  Is this an ICCCM problem, a bug, 
or something I have overlooked?
