Hokay, what are texinfo files??  I read in the bulletin that it's the
'src' for the manuals...  So how do I print it??  I have TeX, but have
never used it.  Also the bulletin mentioned something about a package
to convert '.texinfo' files to troff files??  Where??  How do I get it??
