I've been adding warnings to gcc, and they've showed up a bit of fluff.

expand_expr in expr.c has an unused label binop1.
expand_asm_operands in stmt.c has a variable "val" that's not used, line 845
or thereabouts (I've made changes, so your lineage may vary).
pushcase_range in stmt.c has an unsued variable "value".
fixup_var_refs in stmt.c has an unused variable "insn"
start_sequence in emit-rtl has an unsued variable "save"
scan_loop in loop.c has an unused variable "before_start"
