Message-ID: <2266@unmvax.unm.edu> Date: 5 Feb 89 01:26:04 GMT Sender: news@unmvax.unm.edu Reply-To: mike@turing.cs.unm.edu (Michael I. Bushnell) Organization: University of No Money, Albuquerque, New Mexico Lines: 13 The latest version of gdb only understands version 2 symsegs. This is a real pain, since GNU CC 1.33 doesn't output version 2 symsegs. It still outputs version 1 symsegs. The GNU debugging format is really nice...it does make debugging easier, and faster. Unfortunately, the developers of code A didn't talk to the developers of code B and we're stuck with the results. Thanks. Michael I.
