I don't think Brad's responses to any questions would make ANY
difference to how people feel about his concept of a license to
receive/read r.h.f.  The license states:

"This license can be revoked at any time, from any individual user,
  site or subnet, whether they are considered to be on USENET or not."

I don't think he can make this statement any clearer than it is.
He is claiming that he has the right to tell me that I cannot
read a USENET newsgroup, period.  No room for misinterpretation.


My personal opinion is that unless Brad decides to only stick to
the compilation copyright (which some claim he doesn't have the
right to - I don't know, that's another matter of lessor importance)
he should be removed as the moderator of r.h.f and a new moderator
found.  If none can be found then it will be the demise of r.h.f,
but this would be for the better.  The fact that Brad claims this
right and people aren't EXTREMELY upset by this scares me.  For
those of you who still don't get it, wake up!  The fact that he says
that this will only be used to "protect him" doesn't matter one bit,
what matters is the claim itself.  I don't believe he has the right
to tell me I can't read r.h.f, whether he's the moderator or not.


Being a semi-new sysadmin, I would like to ask for the opinions
of the "old-timers".  Comments, please?
