Have you ever read the license/warrenty that comes with a Microsoft
product?  Did you read why the "license" can be revoked?

OK.  So what gives you the right to claim he can't moderate the group?
If I understand the history of r.h.f, Brad was the one who created and
has tended the group for several years.

Oh, sorry.  Obviously you know more about how to run the group and all
the hassles that have been involved with it more than anybody else.
