It should be noted that another section of the monthly postings says that
if you submit, you are giving permission for me to do electronic distribution
and annual printed compilation.

As for postings taken from rec.humor, as many people on this group have said,
unclaimed postings to the net do imply unlimited distribution permission.

Any net posting with a copyright on it describing specific distribution
should be respected, wherever possible.  I do this.
