Question:  Does this also apply to the BRL CAD package?  From what I can
	   gather, these guys want us to send a tape to the Canadian 
	   Ambassador in Washington, and he'll ask them (BRL) to make a
	   copy for us!  Sites in the states can arrange to to ftp the
	   stuff.
