Guess what!?!?! Yes, that's right. "dciem" is once again temporarily out of
service. Up-time should be quite soon but thos responsible for the system are
not in just now so I can't say with certainty when it will return. If nothing
else, these problems are waking up those who are supposed to be switching our
UUCP links to a new computer!
