I'm looking for info on the latest speech synthesis chips.  I
need to have a library of words and be able to access them
randomly.  The sound quality would have to be somewhere between
robotic sounding and purely natural.  Also I need to have the
program and speech stored in no larger than a 512K bit rom.
Anyone have any suggestions?
