Run one of them to your FM receiver input and the other into your cable box (or VCR or whatever it goes into). A few lucky people are on systems that use MTS for the MTV audio. Ours only uses that for the pay channels, unfortunately. Don't expect great sound out of the FM band unless your cable company really promotes it. Mine has a ton of hiss on it.
