  Help!!
       I am looking for information on an Analog Device, AD7513 (with sufix JN)
  This is an FET switch and has been out of circulation for at least 5 years,
  and Analog Devices U.K cannot help at all. As I will have to use an equiv.
  I would like to know the following....please!?;

<1> Are the switch inputs (pins 1&14) inverted, eg LOGIC 0=ON,LOGIC 1=OFF.

<2> What is the approx. ON resistance (rds ON)Ohms.

<3>   "   "  "     "    OFF leakage current (is OFF)A.

<4> Power dissipation.
