What are the current code for installing computer cable in buildings with
return air through the ceiling?  All I know is, PVC require conduits and Plenum
do not.  I'd like to know where I can find Plenum 25 pair telephone wire.  How
about 6 conductor wire?  I also use 6 conductor flat telephone wire alot and 
would like to use Plenum.  Since I havn't seem such a wire, I wonder if they
are exempted from the rules?
