Can anyone recommend a source for small quantities of
surface-mount components?  Digi Key sells a few ICs,
but offers resistor and capacitor "chips" only in large
(5,000) quantities.  Are there any vendors that
offer a decent variety in small (say 10 per value)
quantities for prototyping?
