Does anyone have suggestions as to a good text that would cover Class D amplifiers?  I learned about them in Circuits a good 10 years ago, and don't remember as much as I want to.  I am interested in a little theory and some practical circuits, not necesarily high-end.  I recall you could build a reasonable one out of a couple of 555 multivibrators, but not the details of how.
