It's 14 lines by 44 (?) columns. At Eli Heffron & Sons (near Somerville, MA), I saw a mooseload of LCD displays that Epson was going to put in a cancelled 'Commuter Computer' product. It looked to be at least 40x12, and maybe even 80x24. If I would have know how to drive them (no docs available) I would have bought a few.
