If anybody out there in DSP land needs a good TMS320 debugger that runs on a
PC look at Ztech Systems' debuggers.  They have debuggers for the 10, 25 and C25
chips.  I've used the C25 debugger and it worked like a charm.  Their number is 718-403-4755.
