Anyone know of a source for unit quantity of any of the following
chips?  (One will suffice, they're all more or les interchangeable in
my application.)

GE-Intersil	DG201, DG201A, or DG211, or
National	LF11201

PS: Don't recommend substituting the 74HCT4066; I'm switching voltages
too high for it to handle (I need +/- 15V).
