I just received some more info. on this subject in today's mail. The
Materials Research Soc. will have a short course on 23 April during
its spring meeting, on growth and characterization of diamond and
diamondlike films. Also of interest are Symposium H (Optical Matl's.
Processing and Science) and Symposium Q (Technology Update on Diamond
