Please can anyone help with a reliable technique for direct
sequencing of DNA produced by the PCR method.
Using this material with a normally reliable plasmid sequencing
methodology (Zhang et al, NAR 16, 1220) we get no detectable or
readable sequence using 35-S nucleotides and sequenase.
