The title says it all!  An acquaintance who
has access only to VAX/VMS would like info
about availability of any simulator he can

I understand there is something called 'Eunice'
that will emulate Unix under VAX/VMS.  Is it
possible to port a simulator like RCS (written
for C/Unix) to run under Eunice for VAX/VMS?
