I have an application for a TI9900 uP and I am looking for development
tools.  I have a TI 9900 assembler and linker and I would like to find
a compiler (C, Pascal, etc.) that would help in the code development.

I realize that the TI9900 is not a popular uP but I am stuck with it.

Another tool that would help in the code development is a cross-reference
utility that would work on the assembler code.  I will be inheriting
30+ assembler modules and would like to be able to generate a xref
of the "system" so that I can determine which modules use various variables.

The problem of the xref is simple, I could write it myself but I decided to
check out the net first (dont reinvent the wheel).
