In a previous posting, I mentioned the Weitek XL-Series's perfect exchange
instruction.  Somthing went wrong with the posting and I didn't get a
chance to mention that the perfect exchange instruction does an endian
reverse in one cycle.  It can also reverse all the bits in a word in one
cycle.  People tell me this is usefull for FFTs.
