Are there any hosts or sites which archive all USENET messages?

Preferably, it would be accessible by NNTP.  I know UUNET.UU.NET
keeps things around for a long time, but apparently not over a month.
I've tried everywhere I could think of, and none of the servers
have what I'm looking for.
