There has been a lot of discussion on getting files from SIMTEL and
a write-up on how this works.  I was wondering what has to be in place
so that a remote FTP will work?  Whenever I specify an FTP address that
is not in our local network(s), the connection is not made.  I assume
FTP has to know something about dialing out, but don't know how to set
that up.
