I have two request for the net.  First, I would like to know how to
tell the difference between a uuencoded and non-uuencoded file.  I
have a vesion of csh4 and would like to experiment with it but I can't
figure out how to un-archive it.

Second, I would like a copy of uuencode/uudecode for future such
problems.  So if someone could E-Mail this to me I would appreciate
it.  Although if it is uuencoded how would I uudecode it?
