However, the gentleman who is "not at liberty to say" when the HST/V.32 USR will be available is out to lunch. This modem has been available since the beginning of the year. IF you have a use for such a thing (and there are those of us out here who do), you can get it with immediate delivery. Pricing is not what I'd call competitive, but is it less than a V.32 and an HST combined. jms
