I am looking for a college with a good grad program in cs in the
southwestern USA (New Mexico, Arizona, Nevada, California, Colorado,
you get the idea...).  Ideally they should have quality available computing
facilities, specialize in unix/c, not too expensive, relatively mellow
admissions standards (grades ok but not great).  I am most interested in 
California schools but maybe you know something I don't.
