I have a couple of questions about MicroEmacs.

1.) Where and how (ftp?) could I obtain a copy of the newest release
    of MicroEmacs (including documentation).
    Currently I am running version 3.7 on a MicroVAX under Ultrix.

2.) I would like to define some macros in .emacsrc but I can't figure
    out how that works.
