0. There is no cgfour frame buffer available for 3/160Cs.  You probably
have a 3/160C + cgtwo or a 3/60C + cgfour.

1. Use a termcap entry which has the al and dl (insert and delete line)
capabilities removed or nulled out.

2. Turn /Tty/Retained off.
