Despite previous postings and announcements, poor 
Andrea keeps getting inundated with checks (and cheques) 
for $20, instead of $30!

As of the third printing of the 1987 volume and the 
second printing of the 1988 volume, we were forced to
raise the price.

PLEASE do not upset our part-time, undergraduate helper!

The 1987 volume costs $30 (postage included in the US; $20 extra 
	to other climes)
The 1988 volume (similarly) costs $30 (foreign postage $20 extra).

US $checks on US banks or MC/VISA.  No wooden nickles.
