Has anyone ever seen a "Small C++"? or any version of C++ targetted
for the 8080/Z80, including cross-compilers?

I know this is unlikely, but someone just came out with a C++ for the
IBM PC, and other than graphics I haven't seen anything for PCDOS that
couldn't be (or hadn't been!) done for CP/M...
