Someone recently posted a version of the TIDy program (for re-
formatting FORTRAN source code) on simtel20.  Unfortunately, it is in
ARC format (which I know nothing about) and simtel20 is a lot of hops
from here in the internet, so it is very frustrating to try to get
anything from there.  Does anyone have a copy in a more standard format
(tidy.tar.Z, perhaps?) closer to the Southeast US?
