I'm not in favor of killing all the Turbo programmers, but I would
like to see messages which have to do with *Pascal*.  In other words,
system-specific questions like "How do I make a TSR?" probably don't
belong here; questions like "What's the Turbo font file format" are
questionable; and questions like "What are the differences between
Turbo and ISO Pascal" don't bug me at all.
  If it's PC-specific, keep it in the IBM-PC groups, please.  Thanks.
