Actually, several people from IMAGEN, a QMS subsidiary, follow this
newsgroup.  The earlier message was forwarded to QMS headquarters from
IMAGEN.  Netmail use is on the increase at QMS Mobile, but most
engineers aren't net savvy yet.

I'm glad that they got back to you and hope your problem is fixed soon.
