I am using TI's PC-Scheme v.3 and have come across one problem
recently which I hope someone would be able to help.
I have some binary data files -- in fact they are 12-bit binary
digitized speech sample data -- I need to read.  Is there any
way of doing this with scheme?  Seems to me that it can only read
ASCII files.
