But it is a solution to the same problem, just done by a different program
(the /bin/mail that comes with PMX).  On inbound messages from other
systems that do not have the blank line it must figure out where the
end of the previous headers is to insert the Content-Type etc. headers.
Elm could do likewise.  Seems a little nicer than discarding the content.
