When I pay my mortgage, I must submit a form with it so that my
account is credited.  My form is a good old punched  card, which
in itself, is pretty funny.

The funnier part is the  date that my February payment is due.
Printed on the top of the card, and correctly punched, is the
date 023089 - I owe my payment by February 30.

Does this mean I can skip this payment?
