I managed to find the anonymous ftp site for the
comp.{binaries,sources}.atari.st groups today.  It is at ssyx.ucsc.edu
(128.114.133.1) and the Sozobon compiler can be found under (if I'm
remembering correctly) pub/comp.sources.atari.st/volume2.  The code
is ARC'ed and then uuencoded.  Hope this helps.
