I apologize for posting this here, but someone on this list brought up
what AST called "gorbix" :-) some time back...  I need to know if there
is a standard for mapping Cyrillic characters into the ASCII table, and,
if so, where I can get hold of it.  Any help will be appreciated!  Oh,
and do reply directly to me, not to the list!
