I would like to encourage people to post sources and discourage them from posting binaries. Sometimes there may be a reason for not posting sources, but at the moment the only one I can think of is that the sources are copyrighted, in which case the binaries shouldn't be posted either. I take that back. I just thought of another reason. I posted ELLE binaries because I was unable to get ELLE to compiler on MINIX and had to use PC-IX.
