I just knew that I had read about a 68000 version of Xinu, but could not find the exact reference point. Well last night I re-read the Preface to Vol #1 of Comer's "Operating System Design", and there it was: Quoting directly from the Preface: "Derrick Burns, a student at Princeton University, transported Xinu to a Motorola 68000 system". I would like to contact Derrick, or anyone familiar with this particular version of Xinu. Does anyone out there in net-land (Xinu land) know how I can contact Derrick? Any ideas on where I can get this software? John Reed Sr. Software Engineer Systech Corp. 6465 Nancy Ridge Dr. San Diego, CA 92121 {ucsd, uunet}!systech!johnr johnr%systech.uucp@ucsd
